I was very unhappy with the lack of service. The communicator always avoided my question as to where the product was coming from.And a couple of the remarks were very sarcastic. It took OVER a month to get here. I live in NC and SUPPOSEDLY the company is based in CA. When it finally arrived, the product is NOT good quality. It seems to me , they are made in China.

ordered first part of April, this is a month later and getting the run around from the git go as to where the sunglasses are . A total avoidance of where they are made and where they are coming from.

Great sunglasses, I need to get another pair. I bought the originals about a year ago and nothing’s wrong with them. Love them and would buy again

Scratches very easily and the lens and frame separated after 1 week of light use.

I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses. Took them more than 2 months to ship. They were very poorly packaged, thus the breakage. They offered me a 10% refund and a 10% discount on my next order. They were responding the same message over and over. They deserve zero stars. I will never order again and highly recommend that no one else does. Very unsatisfactory packaging and service

I bought a T-shirt and a pair of sunglasses, for my son, as a christmas present.
I live i Denmark, so ordered several weeks before christmas, so I could be sure to have them by christmas.
Unfortunately, the package god lost in transit, but Pit Viper immediately reshipped the order, and in less than a week, they arrived i Denmark!
We didn´t get the package before christmas, but that was NOT Pit Viper´s fault - they reacted QUICKLY!
